Shipping Time:

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship the following Monday. Tracking information is automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking email within 1–2 business days, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment, including expedited orders. During sales periods and holidays, processing may take 2–5 business days.

Shipping Rates:

Standard ground shipping is $12.95 for all orders shipped to the US. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional charge.

International shipping options are also offered. Please refer to the chart below for specific details regarding flat rates for international standard shipping. Shipping rates may vary based on your exact location and the courier's discretion. Please be advised that shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for any tariffs or duties imposed by customs. 

Domestic

For domestic orders, Betsy & Adam allows returns for items bought on www.betsyandadam.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund and within 30 days for a free exchange. 

If you select REDO at checkout, there is no restocking fee. If you did not select REDO at checkout, a return label fee of $12.95 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After we receive your return, please allow 3 business days for the refunded credit to be reflected in your account.

Please be advised that returns will only be accepted if the 360 return tag remains attached to the dress.

Final Sale Policy

Styles ending in $.97 are Final Sale. These pieces are offered at exclusive pricing and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, including for store credit. If you receive a damaged or defective dress, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to exchange it for the same style and size (if available) or issue a refund if the desired size is no longer in stock.

International

For international orders, Betsy & Adam allows returns for items bought on www.betsyandadam.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund and within 30 days for a free exchange. Customers from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and Singapore can request a return label from our return portal. Exchanges are accepted for international orders and customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label from our return portal

All final sale items ending in $.97 are non-returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After we receive your return, please allow 3 business days for the refunded credit to be reflected in your account. Please be advised that returns will only be accepted if the 360 return tag remains attached to the dress. 

If you are attempting to make a return from a country not listed above,  please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@bbxco.com.Please note that you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the order back to us. Include a packing slip or order number with your return. For the return address and further assistance, reach out to our customer service team. For refunds on duties and tariffs, customers must contact their local customs office directly.
