Was a good dress, but

I tried on the dress and loved how it fit, but the dress had already been worn and was damaged when I got it. The seams around the waist and below the zipper were busted and the dress smelled of very strong perfume. I needed a dress for an event days after receiving it. I weighed my options of hunting all over the place for a new dress or fixing and cleaning this one. What I received in the mail was not a $200 dress and it took a lot of effort to make it one. I took the dress to the dry cleaners and hoped it didn't come back worse than what I left it and I repaired it before wearing it. This is terrible to buy an already used dress. It shouldn't have even been accepted back as a return because the smell and damage were obvious.
