Bought this in the Navy to go with my dress which while looking black in photos was actually a dark navy. It worked perfectly. I had to carefully cut out the tag - I wish they wouldn’t place a tag in a sheer shawl. But no snags or frays from cutting the tag and the shawl itself is gorgeous.

Unreasonable Shipping Charge for Shawl & Lack of Responsiveness from Customer Service

I bought the navy petite cascade dress and was thrilled with it! Unfortunately, I didn't order the chiffon shawl at the same time. Now, when I tried to buy it, the shipping charge is still $12.95, the same as a dress. When I contacted customer service, the response was there is no free shipping. I just want a reasonable price for shipping this. Although I love the dress, I would hesitate to buy again from Betsy and Adam due to lack of customer service and am considering returning the dress.
