I ordered a 10 Petite, fits nice, I’m an 8/10 petite in other clothing. I was not disappointed. It covers the upper part of my arm…which was important to me. I bought it for a wedding we are attending. Age 71 so yes older women can wear it. Covers the tummy area and the sash hides the bottom if you are a little too wide.
