Every year, in celebration of the Costume Institute’s spring exhibition, the Met Gala transforms the red carpet into an iconic avant garde fashion spectacular. The 2024’s theme was “The Garden of Time," and the carpet showcased lush nature, the passage of time, and colorful florals in full bloom, and drew admiration from guests and spectators alike. Let’s dive in!

Ballgowns took center stage at the Met Gala this year, showcasing their timeless appeal and dramatic elegance. Hannah Bagshawe turned heads in a Steve O Smith creation, embodying sophistication and grace with intricate detailing. Nicole Kidman wowed in a classic Balenciaga ballgown, while Eboni Nichols made a bold statement in a structured Thom Browne gown, each capturing the essence of the ballgown's enduring charm.

Zendaya and Elsa Pataky dazzled the carpet in rich metallics that added a futuristic edge, shimmering under the spotlight and emphasizing the evening's sense of fantasy and glamor.

Of course - florals EVERYWHERE! We have Alexandra Michler Kopelman, Jessica Biel, Keely Hawes, and Maleah Joi Moon,  all in vibrant garden prints to fit the theme. These are on par with our Mason, Amber, Mary, and Grove designs.
