We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! We don’t want you to accept a dress you don’t want. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will accept your return so long as you adhere to the terms of this return policy.
You have 7 days to examine the dress\dresses (starting from the date the package is delivered to your shipping address). If you don’t like it, for any reason, you can return it no questions asked.
You must return the dress in original condition with tags, hangers, etc., within 7 days of receipt of your order. Dresses that are returned in obvious worn condition will be returned to customer with no refund granted.
How to Return/Exchange:
Please fill out our return/exchange form in completion and enclose with your return within 7 days from receiving your order. Any shipping cost will not be refunded. Exchanges will be handled as soon as we receive your return and granted that we have your new requested item available. Refunds will be granted within 48 hrs. of your return and based on all of our policy instructions being followed.
Important Note: For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non- traceable method.
We recommend you inspect your package for damage before accepting it. If your garment appears to have suffered shipping damage do not accept the package. If you have already received the package, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact our company to report the damage and request a Return Authorization Number to return the merchandise.
