Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Wish it came in petite!

I have bought Betsy & Adam long formals, and a size 6 Petite fits me perfectly.
This dress is gorgeous! It's so difficult to find a stylish dress with a high neckline and long sleeves.
However, the dress is designed for a woman who is 6 feet tall and has long arms.
Too bad it doesn't come in petite. I'd even pay full price!
Altering it would cost hundreds of dollars.

Stunning dress

I purchased this for my mother of the bride dress. My daughter loved it because the sequins are her wedding colors and with the floral pattern it does not look like a bridesmaid dress. I am removing the sleeves, because I think they are over the top and the sleeve sequins catch on the side of the dress snagging it. It is stunning though and I agree pics do not do it justice. It is lightweight and very comfortable. Can’t wait to wear it for her big day.

Not for me

The Sequin Flower Dress was a nice dress but not for me the sequins were too much and frankly felt scratchy and uncomfortable under the dress. The colors and concept seem ok...if those same colors and floral pattern were just a regular pattern or was beaded it would look less costume and more elegant for any occassion...please no glitter B&A. I found a different floral dress with another perfect pattern but the glitter as nice as it looked was just free falling everywhere which detured me from buying. I think B&A have great dresses they just need to keep style and specifically comfort in mind for women...sometimes less is more
