Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Beautiful Dress

This dress is beautiful and well made. It even looks good on the hanger. I tried it on the day I got it, I just felt classy and elegant along with sexy. The Blush color is soft looking and I paired it up with nude heels. I am 5'3 and 121 lbs with an athletic built. I ordered size 4, I had to have it taken in from my lower waist down. I was worried if I exchanged for the 2, then might be to tight across my shoulders. You won't be disappointed if you order this dress.

Fantastic dress

I wore this dress to my husband's funeral and it was perfect. The burgundy was understated and elegant. I wish I had gotten a size smaller because it is a lot of material and it's super stretching. Very flattering and I got a ton if compliments. Get this dress, but get one size smaller than you'd think.

Beautiful but too big

I ordered a size 8 based on the size chart. I am closer to a 34/29/39 so went with the 8 to make sure it wasn't too tight on my hips. I found the gathers/ruching to be way too much fabric for my measurements, and definitely too much room up top. I think a size 6 would have fit perfectly. I am more of a rectangle shape with broader shoulders and less defined waist at 5/7' and ~145 lbs.. I think this style is more becoming on an hourglass shape or curvier body type than mine. I found the fabric to be very forgiving and the garment to be well sewn/constructed. There is a lot of access to seams if you are in need of tailoring this garment. I was tempted but ultimately decided to return it.

Lovely Dress

This dress is beautiful and elegant. The fabric feels luxurious. It’s so flattering and feminine. I can’t wait to wear it to my son’s wedding next week.
