Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Gorgeous dress that fit like a glove. The scuba material is perfect, as it remains wrinkle free and is smooth on the body. The style is elegant and classy with a hint of sexy. I loved the dress so much I bought the black one too!

The only negative comment I have to say is that the ruffle is very full, almost too much but I'm thinking maybe it was the way it was packaged. I've hung it up so maybe it'll relax a little over the next week! Other than that, I love the dress!

Terrible return policy

There return policy does not match there receipt! The website says 21 days and there receipt says 14 days.
You cannot get a hold of anyone to get your return label. I have called and emailed and nobody responded.
Also the number on there website is wrong.

Made for me

I purchased this gown with the anticipation that it would not look good on me and lo and behold, it was perfect. It was the perfect fit, the perfect color (red) and the perfect style ( which allowed me to not reveal too much of my body :). I wore this gown to a wedding and I felt so beautiful and looked amazing. I was so pleased with the style of this dress, I felt amazing, confident, and very classy. As a result, I bought this dress in navy and black. I am hoping they will make one in a green (and not an evergreen) for the spring. If so, I purchasing it right away and I am wearing it to my next wedding in California and maybe to my daughter's wedding who just got engaged. Thanks so much Betsy and Adam. I love this gown. Beautiful evening gown!

I purchased this gown to wear for an end of the year event at medical school. It is a really beautiful dress that doubles as a holiday gown. I felt very confident in the gown. There was no problem with the fit - it was snug in all the right places. I highly recommend this gown for a holiday event!
