All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Beautiful dress

We drove and hour and a half to Milpitas, CA to a prom dress store. My mom, sister, aunty and friend were my support team. Once I tried this dress on but it was a size too big. But that didn’t stop me from loving it. The store didn’t have the size I wanted in the store or in their inventory. Luckily I took a picture of the tag and looked it up on Betsy and Adam and was able to purchase it. It took about a week for me to receive it. I had my grandma fit the back strap and length just a bit, but everything else was perfect. I feel so comfortable, amazing and beautiful in this dress. Thank you so much for designing this dress… it felt like it was built for me. I wish I can send u a picture.
