Standard ground shipping is free for all orders shipped to the US. We offer expedited shipping services at an additional charge. Expedited shipping options are only available to US customers. International shipping options are available as well. Please note, when shipping internationally, the customer is responsible for any import duty or tariff charges imposed by customs.
All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. During sales and holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. If you have a question or concern about receiving your dress in time for an event, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to answer any questions.
Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.
Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final
sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.
All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.
