All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. During sales and holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. If you have a question or concern about receiving your dress in time for an event, please email us at support@bbxco.com and we will be happy to answer any questions.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

I never received this item

I never received this item. It was supposed to be shipped 11/3/22, but UPS has no record of it ever being received by them. Today is 11/17/22 and Betsy & Adam told me yesterday that it was shipped and I needed to file a claim with UPS, but UPS won't allow me to file a claim because they never picked it up or received it.

When will it restock?

When will it be back in stock in size 10? If so, how long will it take because I have an even coming up in 5 months and I don’t think I’ll find a dress this gorgeous!

After a few hiccups I finally received this dress. I wore it for my 40th birthday and it was truly stunning!! I got it in the royal blue colour. It truly has the wow factor! I received soo many compliments. Love ❤️ love it!
