I ordered 2 dresses to choose from for my daughter's wedding. Both were beautiful and the return process very smooth for the one sent back. Only hiccup was I was originally charged sales tax which is not applicable in my state but customer support was very responsive in adjusting it on my original invoice and confirming the correct refund amount.

I love this dress and plan to wear it to my daughter’s wedding in November! 💙

Beautiful Dress, well made

I love this dress, the cut, the style and it appears to be well made. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit. I really need a plus size. I'm not sure why you can get Betsy & Adams plus sizes at Macy's but not at their own company store. I had to return the item.
