Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Petite “Katina” Chiffon Foil Dress

The dress was really beautiful in person. I’m 5’2 and weigh about 111 pounds. It is very flattering. My only complaint is that it is longer than I expected due to the ruffle extending below the hem line. I’ve purchased this size dress before from Betsy & Adam and the length with heels on was perfect. Other than that, it is really a beautiful dress and I can’t wait to wear it!

Tillie Chiffon Dress

Although I find it hard to buy some clothes on line, I took a chance because Betsy & Adams had the nicest styles over Macy's,Bloomies and the like. The prices were much better as well. From other reviews, the quality of the dresses received good marks. Well, I was not disappointed with my experience. This dress is gorgeous, the fabric and quality was beautiful ( lined too, no slip needed!) and as was the fit and color, absolutely love it. I purchased the Navy Blue Tillie dress. It arrived very quickly and packaged wonderfully. I will definitely purchase from here again and recommend the shop to everyone.
