Standard ground shipping is free for all orders shipped to the US. We offer expedited shipping services at an additional charge. Expedited shipping options are only available to US customers. International shipping options are available as well. Please note, when shipping internationally, the customer is responsible for any import duty or tariff charges imposed by customs.

All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. During sales and holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund. 

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Don’t change the sleeves for plus size

I loved the look of this dress in the reg size. Would have been perfect for my daughters upcoming wedding. The long sleeves made the dress look very elegant for a more formal occasion.
I decided to try the plus size with the shorter sleeves. The sleeves are cut right at the widest part of the upper arm. It changes the whole feel of the dress on top of making my arm look huge.
The shorter sleeve made the dress feel drab and frumpy. A far cry from the elegance of the reg sized dress.

Timeless Mother of the Groom Gown!

I wore this gown to my son's summer wedding earlier this month. It is a beautiful rich navy with timeless gold embroidery that drapes nicely. Like most moms, I have normal to broad shoulders with lean legs but hold most of my weight in my midsection. This A-line style was very flattering! My fashion conscious daughter had been looking for a gown over the course of six months. Budget wasn't really a concern, given the importance of the event. We had ordered several gowns to no avail from La Femme on Nordstrom, Teri John on Neiman Marcus, and Polo Ralph Lauren. One day we wondered into Macys (a month before the wedding) and spotted this gown, but only a 14 was available (far too small). My daughter sourced the gown straight to the Betsy and Adam website, where I ended up ordering two sizes, 14W and 16W. The 16W fit, but was too large in the shoulders, and the 14W was perfect. For reference, I am 5'9 200 lbs, and the length was perfect. I do not get dressed up a lot, and my family/other guests could not stop complimenting my look!

When I initially ordered the 16W, the 14W was out of stock in Navy, but my daughter signed up for email notifications and it was restocked within a few days. Shipping was very fast, and customer service was great. Thank you!
