All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund. 

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Just WOW! STUNNING!!

I was searching for a gown for a gala and saw this dress online. It was nice, but didn’t “wow” me on the screen. I had already purchased two other Betsy and Adam gowns (which I kept & can’t wait to wear!) but I saw this one in store at Macy’s and tried it on. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! I have never felt more confident than I did in this dress and was instantly in love. This dress is modest, but at the same time very sexy and just stunning. It clings to your body in the most flattering way yet the fabric has stretched to it, and is not tight at all. It was a bit long on me and I will see if I am able to have it taken up a bit. I wore 3 1/2 inch heels and still needed to lift my dress while walking. For reference, I am 5‘5“, 120 pounds and a 34 DD.

So disappointed

I was so excited to find this dress because I had been looking for one in a beautiful shade of blue. It looks nothing like the picture. The color is an extremely light shade of blue and there’s no way that I can wear this to a November wedding. The blue is so pale that I will be sending it back. I have never seen a picture be so terribly wrong. I’m so disappointed.

Beautiful gown!

I had worn this gown in silver, as mother-of-the-bride and ordered it in navy blue for an awards gala - I received so many compliments during both occasions and felt wonderful wearing these gowns! I’d order this gown in every color! Fits true to size.

Returned but would order again

I didn’t end up keeping the dress. I wasn’t sure if it would fit the event I have to attend. That was my only reason for returning it. Despite that, I was very happy with how quickly they mailed it and how easy the return was. It did cost a small fee to return ($6) but I had no problem with this. The dress is long, so great for people taller like myself (5’10). It’s so nice to find a dress that isn’t cut so short! It ran slightly small but I am more pear shaped so it really depends on your body type.
