All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Beautiful dress, very flattering!

I love the dress. The bodice is very flattering on me since I have a very straight waist, not an hourglass. As such, it creates an illusion of more waist. The fabric drapes nicely and the V neck elongates the body. While I have somewhat toned arms, I wanted long sleeves due to the time of year (fall), but it would certainly cover any “flabby” arms. Since I am 5’4”, I purchased a petite one size larger than I would have bought in a regular cut so I don’t even need to hem it (size 10 regular = size 12P). Can’t wait to wear it to my daughter’s wedding with a simple drop, gemstone necklace.

Hadley floor length gown

I was struggling to find a petite dress to wear for my son’s wedding. Not sure why petite sizing is so difficult for the majority of designers. This dress exceeded my expectations. The color, sizing, quality and price point is perfect. I order 2 Sizes to be sure of a great fit and the smaller was perfect!
