All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday afternoon - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday. Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping, including expedited orders. During sales and holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Domestic
For domestic orders, Betsy & Adam allows returns for items bought on www.betsyandadam.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund and within 30 days for a free exchange. All items marked as final sale are not returnable or exchangeable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund. After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded credit to be reflected on your account.
Domestic returns and exchanges can be completed through our Returns Center.
International
For international orders, Betsy & Adam allows returns for items purchased on www.betsyandadam.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customers from Canada can request a return label by emailing us and a label fee of $10 will be automatically deducted from your refund. Free exchanges are allowed for Canadian orders. Please note that for all other international orders, exchanges are not accepted at this time.
All final sale items under $100 are non-returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded credit to be reflected in your account.
We are unable to generate return labels for international orders. International customers may request a return within 14 days, but please note that you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the order back to us. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@bbxco.com. Include a packing slip or order number with your return. For the return address and further assistance, reach out to our customer service team. For refunds on duties and tariffs, customers must contact their local customs office directly.
