All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Back didnt work for me

The front of this dress was very pretty, but because of the mesh top, the back of it puckered strangely. It was also a bit long, so I knew I would have had to have it tailored, and that cost and the cost of the dress itself was prohibitive for me. I greatly appreciate being able to easily return the dress for the $10 fee, and knowing that allowed me to make the purchase. Thank you for this excellent policy!

Winner!

This ended up being the winner for my "mother of the groom dress" for a destination wedding in Turkey.. My waist looks tiny, the sleeves cover my upper arms and the skirt is light weight. The bling on the top means I have to fuss with less jewelry and I don't have to buy special undergarments
