Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Knockout Gown

This gown did just want I needed it to do, be a showstopper!!! I got it for my Mom’s 65th surprise birthday and it was gorgeous. The way the light shimmers off the gown is absolutely stunning. I’m so satisfied with this gown. The fit is awesome, the cut is awesome(especially if you’re a curvy girl).

Beautiful Gown

The gown was everything I hoped it to be. I wore it to my niece's engagement party and received many compliments. It fit beautifully, the material and color were great.. With the draped stash on the back and the slimming style gown gave way to a very classy look. I was dreading having to buy a gown for this engagement as I have to buy a plus size garment, but the style was perfect. I have the wedding next Summer and will be needing a gown for it.
