Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Gorgeous gown

It’s a perfect fit (6 petite )and of course prettier than the picture. But I’m 5’2” and even with heels I’ll need to hem it, a little, but the bodice fits so very well.

Stunning Gown!!!

I cannot express how excited I am to have purchased this beautiful gown!!!!
I bought it to wear for my son’s wedding early next October. The dress design is absolutely stunning!!! The dark navy chiffon and the detailed gold embroidery look very classy and elegant!!! It is very comfortable and exactly the look and fit I was hoping for!!! I am 5’2” 125lbs and the 6P fits perfectly everywhere except the length, which will need alteration. It seems to run long for a petite. The dress was packaged with much care and ready to wear right out of the box and the shipment was prompt as promised. This is the first dress I have ordered from Betsy & Adam but I guarantee it won’t be my last.
I am so thrilled that I found this dress!!! It makes me feel beautiful and I can’t wait to wear it for my son’s big day!!

Petite "Celest" Chiffon Gown

I absolutely love this gown!!!! It is so flattering, I am 5'1" 113 lbs and I got the petite 4 the only thing that I had to do is have a seamstress hem it.

Beautiful dress

The dress itself is beautiful. I initially bought a size 6 and had trouble fitting my bust. I exchanged the dress for a size 8 (and the process was very smooth), but realized after more than a few minutes of having it zipped and modeling it for my daughter that my skin was sensitive to the detail on the bodice and started itching and breaking out. I loved the dress - but my sensitive skin did not. I regrettably had to return it for a refund.

Petite Feedback

I was sooooo disappointed. I looked for weeks and weeks for a stepmother appropriate dress. When I found this one I thought I was done looking. I just returned it today. I am 5’3” and 129lbs the bodice did not fit. I had about an inch of material pooled at my waist as the waistband had no give so I could not pull it down. I could pull it upwards but the tailor I took it to saw that there was no seaming to make an alteration. Also, for being petite, it was really long. I would have had to have taken a good 4-5” off the hem.
