Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

The fabric was too metallic for my taste. Too flashy for mother of the groom. I returned it.

I love how I feel in this Dress.

I feel like royalty, its elegant and just beautifully made. Its light and free flowing material, with shiny layer of a chiffon feeling layer. Love the neckline and waistline, the length. I just love this dress and how I feel with it on.... Like a Queen!
