Standard ground shipping is free for all orders shipped to the US. We offer expedited shipping services at an additional charge. Expedited shipping options are only available to US customers. International shipping options are available as well. Please note, when shipping internationally, the customer is responsible for any import duty or tariff charges imposed by customs.

All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. During sales and holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.

Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund. 

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Great dress! A must have!

This dress is amazing. The fabric is so forgiving with a little stretch. The design hides figure flaws while feeling so fashionable. I am on the taller side and this was the perfect length. Finally a dress that makes me feel and look great.

I LOVE this dress!!! I tried on at least 15 dresses for my nieces wedding (no joke) and nothing was as beautiful, classy and as this dress. I felt so elegant and received so many compliments on this dress. I had never heard of this designer before I found this dress, which made me try other dress styles from Betsy & Adam that were also very beautiful - the tailoring and styles are so feminine and flattering - but this is the one I kept coming back to and ultimately purchased.
