Standard ground shipping is free for all orders over $100. We offer expedited shipping services at an additional charge. These shipping options are only available to US customers. International shipping options are available as well.
All orders are shipped out from our New Jersey warehouse Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. During sales and holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing.
Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.
Betsy & Adam will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.betsyandadam.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund. All final sale items are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you have any questions or would like to request a return, please email your order number to email@example.com. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST. Please allow up to 24 hours for someone to respond to your initial request.
Once we approve your return, you will receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition with all labels and tags still attached.
Please note, when using the Betsy & Adam return label, a label fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.
I tried on a 6 at the mall and I could barely zip it up. They didn’t have an 8 so I ordered it online. I was so excited to try it on because it was so pretty. I was not able to zip up the dress at all, the 8 was smaller than the 6 I had tried on earlier. I will be returning the dress.
